At SB Training we understand that it is not possible to maintain peak fitness all year round, so we use periodized training cycles to achieve peak fitness at certain times. Our goal is to help you maintain a base level of fitness that peaks at certain times to accommodate special events such as upcoming weddings, vacations, or competitions.

During the past three years I have been training with Mike, I have been able to improve my triathlon times, compete in longer distance events, and avoid injuries. The best part is that I have been able to do this without really increasing the amount of time I train each week – I’m simply training smarter and sticking to a consistent year around plan.
Michael MartzMike and his trainers have been working with our group for exactly twelve weeks. My initial goal was weight loss. However, during this time period I’ve not only lost weight and inches (2 inches in the waist) but seen increases in strength, balance and an improved posture. Additionally, training at SBTraining is something I look forward to as each session is unique mixing in activities for strength, cardio, core stability and stretching. It has also been virtually pain free for my joints which has been an issue in the past.. Mike is an excellent trainer possessing an abundance of knowledge, a knack for motivating people while keeping things fun and competitive!
