Join us for our fun and challenging FIT KIDS Program. FIT KIDS promotes fitness in a positive environment to improve your youngsters balance, agility, speed, core strength and best of all builds confidence and boosts self esteem.

Strength Training Circuits

In a fast paced, upbeat environment, get the circuit and strength training workout that will tone and strengthen your entire body. This class will keep you moving thru a series of exercises that will benefit every muscle in your body. Its fun, motivating, and extremely effective in injury prevention, improving your strength and fitness, and overall endurance.

Body in Balance

Body in Balance is workout inspired by Yoga, Pilates, various stretches and mat work. It’s a great way to tone up, relax, and feel good. Appropriate for all experience levels and ages, with personal attention to body alignment and sports-related limitations or injuires.

Total Conditioning Class

Experience a challenging and dynamic full body conditioning class that will utilize all aspects of fitness. Incorporating different cardio techniques, free-weights, bands, balls, and your own body this fast paced workout will challenge all levels in a positive, motivating environment that produces results!

Group Swim

Our exclusive use of Los Banos Pool creates a private environment for personalized coaching. Each workout is designed to work on technique, develop endurance, and enhance performance. All are welcome; coaching is specific to your fitness levels and goals.

SPIN BOOT-CAMP

This is NOT your typical club spin class! This extreme spin involves taking you past your comfort zone as we burn more calories in 45 minutes than a 75 minute workout. “An effective workout is not how long you go —it is how hard you work!” This small, intimate class gives me the opportunity to work and push each individual to a level they had no idea was possible! The "Jenergy" is alive as we push our limits to a whole new level with a high energy mix of great music and have FUN while burning calories as a TEAM!!

Gentlemen’s Hour

This session is for the working man struggling to get the workout in. No wasting time here you will get the most from the time you’re spending. Take a break from the day to get a sweat on and leave feeling reenergized. The workout will be structured on a 12 week program. Starting with the fundamentals of strength training and conditioning we will establish a solid base to build on. This will be the first of two twelve week build phases getting you ready for the following peak phases of anaerobic threshold and strength endurance training.
