  • 12:00pm - 4:00pm Closed or by Appointment
  • 4:00pm - 6:00pm Private Training
  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm Group Training / Open Gym

Saturday

  • 8:00am - 12:00pm Private Training / Open Gym

Sunday

  • Closed

Open Gym/Cardio Policy

We encourage members to come in for cardio on their off training days during open gym hours. However, if equipment is full, priority goes to members that are working with their trainers during scheduled appointments.

You and two friends can create your own group session, call (805) 899-1705 for trainer availability.
